Grade profile
An anatase pigment with phosphorus, aluminium and manganese treatment. The treatment package exists for one reason: to suppress the yellowing that untreated anatase causes in polyamide during polymerisation and spinning.
Where it fits
Polyamide (nylon) fibre, as a delustrant. Loading is typically low, but the specification is unforgiving — particle size distribution and iron content both show up directly in the yarn.
Specifying
Send us your polymerisation route and delustrant loading. Nylon 6 and nylon 6,6 do not respond identically to the same pigment, and it is worth stating which one you run before we quote.
